A suspect has been arrested in for several burglaries and prowling incidents in the Monterey area. After reviewing video footage from multiple burglaries dating back to July, officers identified Alvaro Asevedo as the person identified at several crime scenes. Asevedo was apprehended and booked into the Monterey County Jail.
