The Santa Cruz County Health Officer has confirmed that all charter businesses, including whale watching excursions and sailing charters, are authorized to reopen as of nxt Tuesday, June 12, 2020. Prior to issuance of this most recent State guidance, only fishing charters were allowed to operate.
