Come Sunday evening the night sky over Capitola will be an explosion of color.
It’s the annual Monte Foundation fireworks in the village and all proceeds from the family friendly event benefit local schools.
But for those of you out and about: here are some road closures in the village to keep in mind that will be in affect from 7-30 until 9-30 Sunday.
Those closures are:
Cliff drive, stockton avenue, capitola avenue, the esplanade and monterey avenue.
