State Assemblyman Bill Monning will discuss state budget negotiations and legislation at a town hall meeting being held this evening in Monterey. The meeting will be held at the Monterey Institute of International Studies at 426 Van Buren Street from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Monning will be answering questions from the public following the discussion. All members of the public are invited to attend.
