Assemblyman Bill Monning has BEEN awarded Clean Water Action’s “Clean Water Champion” award. he received that honor in recognition of his leadership on water and environmental issues in the recently completed 2009-10 Legislative Session. upon hearing about the award, Monning SAID, “It is essential for the State of California to continue to enact legislation that ensures access to safe, reliable drinking water, protects our natural resources, and promotes the development of clean energy jobs.
