Firefighters were called to a structure fire in the Santa Cruz mountains early today/Monday morning. The Boulder Creek Volunteer Fire Department says the fire broke out at Highway 9 and Douglas Avenue before 5 a.m. The blaze involved a woodshed and a small amount of vegetation and was quickly brought under control.
