Stray dogs are once again becoming an issue in some south Monterey County areas. In San Lucas residents have recognized several dozen strays that regularly roam the streets. Volunteers with an animal service non-profit, known as “SNIP,” plan to introduce the issue at the Monterey County Board of Supervisors meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, January 7th) at 10:30 a-m, in the Board of Supervisors‘ Chambers, located in the Monterey County Government Center, 168 West Alisal Street in Salinas
