2 seaside residents were arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary. 34 year old charles noble and 19 year old erika porter were found by monterey police allegedly trying to break into storage lockers on ramona court on wednesday night. the two are also linked to several attempted break-ins on north fremont street. both were booked into monterey county jail on 40-thousand dollars bail.
