A-B 2-0-2-6 REQUIRES THE PURCHASER OF A MOBILE-HOME TO BE PRESUMED TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO PAY IF HE OR SHE HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR A LOAN. THE BILL ALSO REQUIRES MANAGEMENT TO GIVE A SPECIFIC REASON IF THEY DENY A POTENTIAL BUYER. MOBILE HOMES HAVE PROVIDED AN AFFORDABLE OPTION TO MORE THAN 700-THOUSAND CALIFORNIANS.
