(17:31) CARMEL VALLEY- The Monterey County District Attorney has filed charges against a Carmel Valley man. The DA’s office is charging Arthur Fosso with child endangerment in connection with the death of his 3 month old son in March of this year. Fosso was taken into custody in March but released after charges were dropped. An arrest warrant has been issued for Fosso.
