Monterey’s Fisherman’s Wharf is getting a new restaurant. The new establishment will be replacing Gilbert’s. Scales Seafood and Steaks, will feature a bar, deli, and indoor and outdoor seating. The eatery is expected to take about five months to complete and will open next spring.
