Mission Street – Re-Opened 07/18/18B 18:16 S.S.

A  main  thoroughfare  on  the  west  side  of  Santa  Cruz  was  closed  for  about  an  hour-and-a-half  this  afternoon.     That’s  because  a  big rig  spilled  oil  before  2:30.      The  roadway  was  cleaned  and  re-opened  by  4  p.m.
