Missing Woman – Special Needs 04/12/17B 18:15 S.S.

A  41  year-old  special  needs  woman  is  missing  from  her  Carmel  Valley  home.     Vanessa  Bell  was  last seen  last Tuesday  April  4^th.      Anyone  with any  information on  her  whereabouts  is  encouraged  to  contact  the Monterey  County Sheriff’s  Office.
