A 19 year-old woman has been reported missing. Salinas police officers say that Angelica Vargas Milner is thought to be with others in the Central Coast area….but that she “went missing” under suspicious circumstances. Anyone with information on Milner’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
