Seaside police are looking for a 12 year old girl that was reported missing this (Tues) afternoon. Kayli Rickard’s family reported that she left a note, saying she was leaving, and she disappeared from her la sella avenue school today. She is believed to be with a 19-year-old, identified as Eli Escobar Garcia. Anyone with information about Kayli Rickard’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact local authorities. Her photo is below:
