A Presidio of Monterey woman who went missing last week has been found safe. 25-year-old Sara Thomas failed to appear for work on Monday, April 20th. Thomas was found along a beach in Big Sur over the weekend. She reportedly traveled about 40 miles into the wilderness and spent a week without eating. Thomas is currently receiving treatment at a hospital.
