A missing 14-year-old girl and her 43-year-old alleged captor were found in Seaside on Saturday. The teenager was reported missing in Fresno on July 31st. Police identified Jose Eduardo Garcia, also of Fresno, as being responsible for the girl’s disappearance. The two were spotted in Sand City using the services of a Salvation Army center, and were approached around 8pm by a sheriff’s deputy near a car dealership. The teenage girl was turned over to child services, and is reportedly in good health. Garcia was taken into custody and turned over to the Fresno Police Department.
