A 27 year-old Santa Cruz man has been reported missing. Kharas Garcia was reportedly last seen around 6 a.m. yesterday morning on El Dorado Street in Santa Cruz. He was wearing orange and brown joggers, Mexican Huarache sandals, and a sweatshirt. Although he may be disoriented, or manic, he is considered safe to approach.
