Investigators at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey are pouring over images of the downed Ukrainian aircraft gathering evidence to see if it was hit by an Iranian missile.
Flight 752 went down in Tehran on Wednesday killing all 176 passengers. An analyst at the institute believes air missile crews were instructed to be on “high alert” and they mistook the civilian flight for a potential threat.
A professor at the Middlebury institute says he’s seen photos on social media that support that theory… but that’s the job of investigators to see if the those photos are authentic.
