(14:28) SCOTTS VALLEY- The planned rebuilding of Scotts Valley middle school has been delayed pending approval of the Mount Hermon June beetle habitat conservation plan by interior secretary Ryan Zinke.   A $33 million dollar bond was approved by voters in 2014, and construction was set to begin this April until a colony of   Mount Hermon june beetles were discovered on school property, delaying construction pending approval by (the newly instated) interior secretary.   Tanya Krause, superintendent of the Scotts Valley School District hopes for a quick approval of the plan which would limit inconvenience to students who are in temporary classrooms.
