The Michigan man who made bomb threats to San Benito High School in 2012 pleaded guilty in Federal Court today. 30-year-old Jason Smith was arrested in Jan of 2013 and charged with using interstate communications to make the threats. He was also communicating with children from Hollister with Social Media. Smith’s sentencing is slated to take place in a San Jose Court Room June 3.
