Early this morning, the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team and Investigations Division along with the assistance of the SWAT Team served a search warrant in the 400 blk of Old Natividad Road on the outskirts of Salinas.
The Monterey Sheriff’s Marijuana Enforcement Team today arrested 31-year-old Andrew Magana of San Jose. During the investigation, it was discovered Magana was distributing methamphetamine in the Salinas area. Investigators located nearly one pound of methamphetamine, cash, and firearms. Magana was arrested and booked into the Monterey County Jail on several narcotics, firearms-related charges.
