An investigation by a Monterey county multi-agency detail, has led to the recovery of 35 stolen vehicles. Some of the vehicles were found over the weekend in Monterey county, while others were found in Sonoma, Alameda and Santa Clara counties. 2 people have been arrested so far in connection with what is believed to be a Vehicle Fraud, and Fuel Theft Ring.
