Monterey county officials plan to sell off surplus office furniture the end of next week. The 1-day surplus sale is scheduled to be held Friday June 14th from 10 a-m until 1 p.m. at the Monterey County Contracts And Purchasing Surplus Warehouse on Schilling Place in Salinas. Some of the items for sale will include desks, chairs, file cabinets, office partitions and heavy-duty doors. All items are sold “as is”, and buyers must take their purchases with them by 1 p.m. Exact cash is required.
