A Salinas woman, who has been a legal research attorney for Monterey county since 2005, has been named to replace Richard Price as a judge in Monterey County Superior court. ELISABETH K. Mineta, who’s political party registration is “decline to state”, graduated from Cal-Berkeley, and earned her juris doctoris from Santa Clara University School of Law.
