Along with Santa Cruz county, Monterey county’s slightly-too-high Adjusted Case Rate is keeping Monterey county from being able to switch from the Orange to the less restrictive Yellow Tier this week. Each county needs to have the correct numbers in 3 metrics for 2 consecutive weeks before it can move to a less restrictive tier.
