All 24 school districts, and 7 charter schools in Monterey county will now keep their doors closed to students through the end of this school year. That’s in an “abundance of caution…related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the schools are closed to students, Distance Learning will continue, as will meals for the students. Districts are working out the details for how grades, graduation, scholarships (and the moving around of legal transcripts) will take place….as well as how summer school may be handled this year.
