Burn Permits have been suspended in Monterey and San Benito counties. That’s because many areas of California are experiencing significant fire weather….and although there has been a little rain, the Central Coast is currently lacking meaningful amounts of precipitation. So far this year there have been 75 wildfires that have burned over 50 acres of California.
