The Monterey Bay Area Chapter of the American Red Cross has a new C.E.O. tim Duncan has been appointed to the position, after having previously served as the interim ceo of the former Monterey-san benito Chapter. Duncan aided in merging the Carmel and Monterey Chapters. He has been serving as the chapter’s Chief Operating Officer.
