All branches of the Monterey County Free Libraries are closed all day today, and will be closed again next Friday. The library closures are for staff training on a new online library catalog slated for April which would provide new features, including smart-phone access to the services, and e-mail notifications of items being held or items due. Online services, however, will be available at www.montereycountyfreelibraries.org.
