Of the 271 people who have been tested since March 6th, there are just 14 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Monterey county. 5 were deemed to be Travel-related, 4 were from person-to-person transmission (contacts to known cases in either a business, healthcare, or home setting), 4 are believed to have been ‘community transmission’, and 1 us still under investigation.
