Dispatchers are being sought for the Monterey county office of the California Highway Patrol. To that end, an informational meeting is slated to be held tomorrow night in the C-H-P Headquarters in Salinas. Applicants need to be at least 21 years-old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, but it is also helpful to have a higher education, and to speak multiple languages.
Anyone interested must first fill out an application by next Monday (May 21st), then a test will be held July 9th.
