A beach advisory posted for a Monterey beach earlier this week has been lifted. Officials say Lover’s point beach in Pacific Grove is now safe for swimming. The advisory warning, that was put into place Monday for high bacteria levels, has been removed. Bacteria levels have since subsided to levels considered safe for recreation contact.
