The new executive director of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Foundation is focusing on 3 key programs she wants to expand. They are: whale disentanglement, team ocean and baynet. Ginaia Kelly said she’s also actively looking for volunteers to help the foundation with event planning, fundraising and advocacy.
