May 9, 2016: A.B. Ingham School Locked Down Due to Threat

(06:48) SALINAS – A Salinas school was locked down Friday morning due to a threat. Deputies were dispatched to A.B. Ingham School around 6:30 a.m. after the school’s principal reported receiving threatening text messages. Authorities remained at the school for several hours before deeming the campus safe. The lock down order was lifted by 10:30 a.m. The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the threat. (S.G.)
