(14:40) Santa Cruz – The Santa Cruz Auto-Theft Reduction and Enforcement (S.C.A.R.E.) task force recently arrested a person in a stolen vehicle. Members of the SCARE task force attempted an enforcement stop on a suspected stolen vehicle. A short pursuit ensued in the area of Barson Street at Clay Street, and was subsequently terminated on San Lorenzo Boulevard near Ocean Street. After the suspect was located, a foot chase ensued. The suspect was arrested and booked into county jail.
