(06:26) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A Santa Cruz man was arrested Thursday morning following a suspected DUI crash on Highway 17. Officials say 27-year-old Daniel David Gomez was driving southbound with a young passenger when his vehicle flipped and crashed near Summit Road. Both Gomez and the child were uninjured. Gomez was apprehended on suspicion of DUI and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. The child was picked up by a guardian. (S.G.)
