(08:42) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Santa Cruz County officials will be holding an auction of tax-defaulted property next month. There are currently 141 properties that are scheduled to be sold, each of which are a minimum of five years past due on taxes. Available properties are a mix of developed and undeveloped parcels, commercial and residential zoning and more. Debtors are allowed to redeem properties up until the day prior to the auction, which will take place June 3-6. Pre-registration for bidders is required by Friday, May 27.
