(11:15) Scotts Valley – A man spotted in a stolen vehicle was arrested yesterday in Scotts Valley. The Scotts Valley Police Department reported that while they were on patrol they noticed a suspicious looking man in red Honda Civic parked in front McDonalds, on Mount Hermon Road. Officers ran a records check that revealed the vehicle was stolen out of Santa Cruz. During a vehicle search officers found methamphetamines and burglary tools. The driver, William Cacchiola, was arrested and booked into county jail.
