(05:45) Monterey – A Salinas man was arrested, after he was accused of spraying a woman with gasoline on Tuesday. The incident took place around 5:30 p-m on North Fremont in Monterey. Police reported that 67-year-old Brian McEldowney assaulted the woman at a gas station. McEldowney is facing several charges including assault with a chemical agent, false imprisonment, child endangerment and probation violation.
