(12:15) SALINAS- A Monterey County Judge sentenced an Antioch man convicted of murder on Friday. In March a jury found 35 year old Marques Adrian Gaines guilty of the 2014 premeditated murder of a Chualar man and the attempted of his friend. Gaines sot the men after they refused to help him retaliate against others involed in a drug deal beating of Gaines in Salinas. Gaines was sentenced to 176 years to life in prison.
