(17:55) SANTA CRUZ CO- The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s office is alerting the public of a missing teenager. 16 year old Andrew Lanz was reported missing Thursday by his parents. Authorities say that Lanz has medical issues that cause him to be considered at risk. Lanz is known to frequent downtown Santa Cruz and Watsonville beaches. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Office.
