(19:35) SALINAS – A Salinas School was locked down while police arrested armed robbery suspects on Wednesday. Authorities say that 18-year-old Xavier Reyes and a 16-year-old accomplice entered a business on the 100 block of East Laurel Street. Reyes used a replica firearm to rob the clerk of cash and merchandise. The robbers then fled to a waiting get away car driven by 18-year-old Joseph Viloria. A short time later a patrol unit spotted the suspect vehicle and followed it to the 400 block of Modoc Street near Natividad School. The school campus was locked down as a precaution while the three suspects were taken into custody. (P.M.D.)
