(09:45) Santa Cruz – The city of Santa Cruz’s 2nd annual State of the City meeting was held last night. City leaders discussed several key issues including homelessness, housing, the city’s budget deficit and aging infrastructure. City leaders will be hosting small neighborhood meetings as well increasing their presence on social media in a effort to connect with the public and receive input on community issues.
