(10:40) Santa Cruz – Jurors in Santa Cruz County Superior Court found a man guilty of shooting and killing another man. 31 year-old Damian Baxter was convicted yesterday for shooting and killing 33 year-old Jesus Rocha at an apartment complex on Palm Avenue in 2015. Baxter is scheduled to be sentenced on July 26, and faces up to 11 years in prison.
