(05:55) Santa Cruz – A Felton woman is in critical condition after a hit and run in Santa Cruz Monday night. The incident took place around 8:30 while the 62 year-old woman was walking her dog on West Cliff Drive. Witnesses described the car to police and the vehicle was located a short time later on the 400 block of Front Street. Officers arrested 63 year-old Lorenzo Arteaga, of San Jose. The victim was flown to a bay area trauma center where she remains in critical condition.
