(08:55) Salinas – A man was arrested after being caught with drugs in Chinatown. The incident took place yesterday morning on Bridge Street. Salinas police detectives and SWAT served a search warrant, and 18-year-old Kris Purcell was arrested for possession of heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine for sale. Officers also seized cash and packaging.
