(09:45) Santa Cruz County – Multiple traffic officers have teamed up with Scotts Valley Police in an effort to reduce aggressive driving. Today the SVPD will be hosting BADGES (Before Aggressive Drivers Get Everyone Stopped), which is a county-wide program targeting aggressive drivers in designated areas. All cell phone, seatbelt, and speeding violations will be strictly enforced throughout the day.
