(09:02) PANOCHE VALLEY – San Benito County officials are meeting tomorrow to hear arguments against a major solar project. County planning commissioners have approved a proposal for the Panoche Valley Solar Project, which is currently under environmental review. Opponents of the project argue that the review process has not been comprehensive enough. County supervisors will hear the appeal at 1:30 p.m. at the County Administration Building. The project still needs state and federal approval. (S.G.)
