(13:15) SANTA CRUZ – Caltrans is asking for the public’s input on how to improve inter-regional transportation across California. Those interested are encouraged to review the 2015 draft of the Interregional Transportation Strategic Plan and offer comments on how California can improve inter-regional travel in a safe, integrated, and sustainable way.
